Rock Exotica Aztek Pulley System

The Rock Exotica Aztek Pulley System continues to be one of our best-selling products and for good reason. Dubbed the "Swiss Army knife" of the rope access world, this compact, versatile piece of equipment has become a firm favourite with professionals across the globe.

The Aztek is comprised of a simple-to-use mechanical advantage system, with the tail end configured into a personal lanyard. The whole system is contained in a wearable carrying bag - either worn around the waist in the standard variant or strapped to the thigh below the harness in the Pro Bag. Both bags are set up so that when one end of the system is in use, the other part remains neatly stored out of the way, yet easily accessible. The lanyard end of the rope forms a Purcell prussik, allowing easy adjustment as a personal edge restraint. The opposite end is made up of a mechanical advantage system, that can quickly be swapped from 4:1 to 5:1, just by flipping it around. Both the pulleys and the prussiks are colour coded to each other, for easy recognition.
